Getting Your Mind Ready For Relaxation

I had so much fun putting this together because it’s so simple and easy.

The only hard part was not getting sick from eating all the bad food like bad salad dressings and the worst pizza crusts I’ve ever had in my life. They had this weird flavor to them and they’re really salty.

If you eat out most of the time and you’re just having a bit of Ketosis, this is a great way to cut out the fat. You won’t feel a thing because your body is using all the fat it can get its paws on already and it can’t help but extract the good fat for energy. It’s called the Acetyl Co-Transferase system and when your body makes ketones it naturally works to get rid of the bad fat and get it to the mitochondria which can turn it into energy.Relaxation

First of all, you need to plan your meals. This is where your restaurant is your friend. You can have the food you like plus a lot of other things. It’s like going to a friend’s house. You can have dinner and dessert.

First thing I always do is get up and walk around the restaurant. It gives the food some fresh air.

Get your drink and have a Coke. This is a great tip! They do now serve non-caffeinated drinks. They don’t serve Diet coke anymore. These beverages tend to get you tipsy. Now if you find that your diet is getting you tipsy, cut back on the diet colas a lot. Also, cut back on the non-water drinks. You don’t need to drink that much. Also, drink lots of water.

Drink lots of water, lots of water, lots of water. This is a great tip. Now the second thing I always do is get up and walk around. It gets your body in a good mood. I always start my walk around the restaurant, get up to take out the trash, take a dump, or just walk around. This is a great time to be in a restaurant. In fact, I often wait for this time. Then I go back to my seat and I’m more relaxed. You should, too.

 

There are other things you can do as well to help with ketosis.

 

There are lots of times you can do things that can help you to be relaxed in a restaurant. When you’re eating your meal, you can have a bit of food to drink before you sit down. If you’ve got a bottle of water or one of the many bottled drinks, or even some wine, which of course is a great choice because it’s all natural, you can take this bottle and put it down before you sit down. This will make you less nervous. It might help. Of course there are other things you can do. You might also like to take a bath, before you eat your meal, as a relaxation technique. And another thing, you can walk around the hotel. It’s a nice to get your body in a relaxed mood. You might enjoy this. That’s your first relaxation technique.
