Both of these diets have their benefits and are used by many people. We need to have a clear understanding of the differences between the ketogenic diet and the low carb diet.The ketogenic diet is very much like the low carb diet and that’s why its been so hard to get people to adopt the ketogenic diet. Why? Because people who are used to eating meat, fish, and other animal products are used to having blood sugars spike and remain high for long periods of time. They are also used to carbohydrates being very indigestible for long periods of time. The low carb diet is very much like the ketogenic diet and its about blood sugars not being very much affected by carbohydrates. There are ways to make the ketogenic diet work for most people, but it is very hard to get the public to adopt a low carb diet.
Most people who are trying to lose weight have blood sugars rise and stay high a lot. This happens because they don’t know how to modify the way they digest food and the foods that they eat. Eating too much fat, not enough fiber, and not knowing what your body will do when it digest your food cause high blood sugars. It is very hard to get people to change their ways.
Most people who are trying to lose weight do not have high blood sugars because they are eating foods that have been specially made to make their blood sugars rise. The foods have been specifically made to make your blood sugars rise. It’s called the low carb diet and it works for many people. Even people who are trying to lose weight are taught how to make their blood sugars rise, but many people are taught to not eat carbohydrates because they have high blood sugars. The problem is, the foods are very indigestible and they cause high blood sugars. The people who are taught to eat low carb are told to avoid high fiber foods.
For example, when they try to eat low carb, they are told to avoid bread and pasta. If they do eat bread or pasta, they have to avoid white bread and pasta, which are the best for their blood sugars. They are told to avoid the best breads and pastas. If they try to eat butter, they are told to only eat margarine or soy butter. There are many low carb products out there that make people’s blood sugars rise, and they are told to avoid those foods, which are foods that can be very indigestible.
There are many other foods that cause high blood sugars, such as sweetened beverages, fruit juice, honey, agave syrup, granola bars, peanut butter, corn oil, all vegetable oils, soy oil, canola oil, sunflower oil, and other hydrogenated oils.
