Keto Bacon-Wrapped Asparagus
Ingredients:
-1 lb asparagus
-1 lb bacon
-1/4 cup olive oil
-1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
-1 tsp garlic powder
-1/2 tsp black pepper
-1/4 tsp salt
Instructions:

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Cut bacon into thirds and wrap each piece of asparagus with a piece of bacon. Place on the baking sheet.

In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt.

Drizzle the mixture over the asparagus and bacon.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until bacon is crispy.
