1. Keto Beef and Broccoli Stir Fry
-1 lb. lean ground beef
-1 head of broccoli, cut into florets
-1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
-2 cloves garlic, minced
-1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
-1 tablespoon sesame oil
-1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
-2 tablespoons olive oil
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add ground beef and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
Add broccoli, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes. Stir to combine.
Cook for an additional 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add sesame oil and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
Serve over cauliflower rice or zucchini noodles. Enjoy!
