Keto Chicken and Broccoli Stir Fry
Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes

2 cups broccoli florets –
1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil

2 tablespoons honey

1 teaspoon ground ginger

1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes

2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds Instructions:

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the garlic and chicken and cook until the chicken is cooked through, about 5 minutes.

Add the broccoli and cook for an additional 2 minutes.

In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, ginger, and red pepper flakes.

Pour the sauce over the chicken and broccoli and cook for an additional 2 minutes.

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

1/2 teaspoon dried thyme –
1/4 teaspoon salt

Preheat the oven to 400°F.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, chicken, asparagus, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper. Toss to combine.
