Zero carb beer was once a science fiction fantasy. It was called impossible and has taken nearly 10 years to perfect. According to Anheuser Busch’s VP of marketing, Andy Goeler, the project has gone through 130 prototypes. Before this beer was brewed, brewing technology did not exist.
